We want you to love your new Levi’s® purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can exchange your new and unused item(s) for free in a different size only within 60 days of purchase.
Due to high holiday volume and bad weather in some parts of the country, you may see your package in the same status (e.g. Awaiting Carrier Pickup, In Transit) or in the same city for a few days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered. Mail-in Returns and Exchanges will be processed 10-15 business days after it's been delivered. Thank you for your patience — we’re grateful.
- There is no return fee for exchanges.
- Any in-store or participating retailer purchases must be exchanged in-store.
- For a new style or color, return the item and place a new order. If an item you selected is out of stock, you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund.
- If the size you want is out of stock, you can do a return for a full refund.
- Exchange items are not eligible for additional price adjustments, promotions, or gift wrapping.

EXCHANGES IN STORE
Bring the item(s) with your receipt to a Levi’s® store near you. Items can only be exchanged or returned in the country of purchase. Please note that prices and availability may differ by store. If the item(s) you wish to exchange for is not available in-store, you will have the option of being refunded in your original form of payment or provided with a gift card of equal value. EXCHANGES BY MAIL
To exchange your item(s) by mail, click on the Start Your Exchange button below to start the process.
START YOUR EXCHANGE
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange and choose one of the following two options:
Go printerless and boxless. If you don’t have a printer or packaging handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they’ll print the label and package your return for you.
Print an exchange label. Place the packing slip inside and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Drop it off at the nearest FedEx or participating Walgreens store.
- Include the packing list from the original order and place it in a securely sealed shipping container of your choice that you must provide yourself.
- Send the package via FedEx within 14 days of creating your exchange request.
- Exchanges can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
- We’ll send you an email once we receive your package and your request is processed.
- You won’t be charged a return shipping fee for exchanges
- If the item you purchased has gone up in price you won't be charged for that either
- Address changes can’t be made on your request.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Item(s) may be exchanged by mail only once.
