- There is no return fee for exchanges.
- For a new style or color, return the item and place a new order. If an item you selected is out of stock, you’re welcome to return the item for a full refund.
- Exchange items are not eligible for additional price adjustments, promotions or gift wrap.
- Custom items and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.
COVID-19 Update: We’re accepting returns and exchanges in our re-opened stores for purchases made on Levi.com and at Levi’s® stores. Returns older than 60 days will be allowed up to 60 days after a store’s re-opening date. All returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours.

Bring the item(s) with your receipt to a Levi’s® store near you. Please note that prices and availability may differ by store. If the item(s) you wish to exchange for is not available in-store, a gift card of the exchanged item may be provided instead. If you have any additional questions about store exchange policies, please get in touch with your local store directly.

To exchange your item(s) by mail, click on the Start Your Exchange button below to start the process.
START YOUR EXCHANGE
- Select the item(s) you want to exchange and choose one of the following two options:
- Go printerless. If you don’t have a printer handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they’ll print the label for you.
- Print a return label. Place the packing slip inside and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Drop it off at the nearest FedEx or participating Walgreens store.
- Include the packing list from the original order and place it in a securely sealed shipping container.
- Send the package via FedEx within 14 days of creating your exchange request.
- Exchanges can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
- We’ll send you an email once we receive your package and your request is processed.
- You won’t be charged a return-shipping fee.
- Address changes can’t be made on your request.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
- Item(s) may be exchanged by mail only once.
