If you choose to return an online order purchased with a gift card:
- If returned by mail or through Happy Returns, a new e-gift card will be emailed to the original email address on the order for the amount of the item(s) returned.
- If an online order is returned to a physical store location, the amount of the item(s) returned will be refunded to the customer in the form of a new physical Gift Card.
For an online order purchased with a gift card and another payment method, the refund will first be emailed to the original email address on the order for the gift card amount used. The remaining portion of the refund will go back to the other payment method used.
