You can also bring eligible preworn Levi's® denim to select Levi's® Retail Stores in exchange for a digital gift card or discount.

Levi's® SecondHand items are available exclusively in the United States through SecondHand.levi.com.
Is Levi's® SecondHand available outside the United States?
No. Levi's® SecondHand is currently only available in the United States.

Why should I buy secondhand?
Buying secondhand helps reduce environmental impact by extending the life of existing garments. According to Levi's® data, purchasing a preworn pair of Levi's® jeans instead of a new pair can save approximately 80% of the carbon footprint and divert about 700 grams of waste.
What about the environmental impact of shipping?
While shipping does have an environmental impact, keeping existing clothing in circulation generally requires fewer resources and generates less carbon than manufacturing new garments.
Ordering
Can I place a Levi's® and Levi's® SecondHand order together?
No. Levi's® and Levi's® SecondHand orders are fulfilled from different locations and must be placed separately.
Can I order Levi's® SecondHand items as a gift?
Not at this time.
When will I receive my order confirmation?
You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. If you don't receive it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact Customer Service at support@secondhand.levi.com.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Requests submitted within one hour of placing an order may be accommodated. After that timeframe, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No. Once an order has been placed, additional items cannot be added.
Can multiple orders be combined?
No. Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined after purchase.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Why is there a limit of six items per style?
To help make Levi's® SecondHand products available to more customers and discourage resale activity, purchases are limited to six items per style.
Payment & Taxes
What payment methods are accepted?
Levi's® SecondHand accepts:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Levi's® Gift Cards
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No. Payment methods cannot be changed once an order has been submitted.
Why do I see a temporary charge on my credit card?
When you place an order, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card for the full purchase amount. After your order ships, the authorization hold typically drops off within a few days, depending on your financial institution.
Charges may appear as Levi's® SecondHand + Trove Recommerce on your statement.
How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax is calculated according to applicable state and local laws. Some jurisdictions also apply sales tax to shipping charges.
What if my purchase qualifies for tax exemption?
To request a tax refund, provide a copy of your state-issued Tax Exemption Certificate to Customer Service for review.
Can I use Levi's® promo codes on Levi's® SecondHand purchases?
No. Promotions, discounts, and offers available on other Levi's® channels do not apply to Levi's® SecondHand merchandise.
Do Red Tab™ Member benefits apply to Levi's® SecondHand?
No. Red Tab™ Member benefits, including free shipping benefits, do not currently apply to Levi's® SecondHand purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Levi's® SecondHand ship?
Levi's® SecondHand ships to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses
- U.S. Post Office Boxes
At this time, shipments are not available to U.S. territories or international destinations.
Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Yes.
Can I ship my order to an APO/FPO address?
Yes. APO/FPO and PO Box shipments are delivered via USPS Ground and are not eligible for expedited shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs:
- $7.50 per order
- $3.50 for each additional item
Shipping fees, applicable taxes, and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
What shipping options are available?
Customers can choose from:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited Shipping
Processing times are typically:
- 1–2 business days for expedited orders
- 3–4 business days for standard orders
Processing and delivery times may vary based on demand and carrier delays.
When will my order arrive?
You'll receive:
- An order confirmation email after purchase.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order ships.
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I ship my order to a Levi's® Store for pickup?
No. Store pickup is not currently available.
Which carriers are used for delivery?
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS based on package size and destination. Carrier selection is not available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the Levi's® SecondHand return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 60 days of purchase.
How do I return a Levi's® SecondHand item?
Visit the Levi's® SecondHand Returns Portal and enter your name and order ID to obtain a return authorization and instructions.
Return shipping options include:
- Using a prepaid USPS return label (cost deducted from refund)
- Purchasing postage through your preferred carrier
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I combine multiple returns?
Yes. Multiple returns may be shipped together if each return is processed separately in the Returns Portal and all return confirmation documents are included in the package.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Please allow:
- 15–20 days for processing after the return is received
- Up to 7 additional business days for your financial institution to post the refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. Exchanges may be available for another size or color in the same or lower condition grade. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Can I return Levi's® SecondHand purchases to a Levi's® Retail Store?
No. Levi's® SecondHand returns must be completed through the online return process and cannot be returned to Levi's® Retail Stores.
