- Warehouse Storage: Items stored in our warehouses are often kept with protective covers to prevent damage while in storage and to maintain their quality. These items typically arrive with additional packaging.
When Protective Wrapping May Not Be Used
Some clothing items may not have protective wrapping due to their shipping origin:
- Store Direct Shipping: Items shipped directly from retail stores may not always include plastic wrapping. Much like when you purchase items directly from a store, these items might not be wrapped in protective plastic. However, rest assured that even without this wrapping, the items are completely new and have not been used.
- Eco-Friendly Practices: We are committed to sustainability, and in some cases, we use minimal packaging to reduce waste, particularly for items coming directly from store locations.
