You can order Pickup In-Store online at select stores (check your local store for availability). Here’s how to use these new services:
- While ordering at levi.com, select your size and wash/color and click on ‘Pickup In-Store’.
- If you haven’t selected a store yet, click on ‘Select your store’ to choose your pickup location and view inventory availability.
- ‘Add to bag’ and finalize check out.
- We accept all payment methods for Online Pickup In-store orders, except for Apple Pay and Paypal Express Checkout.
- When your order is ready, we’ll send you a ‘Ready For Pickup’ email with detailed instructions. If you opted in for SMS during Checkout, you’ll also receive a short text message.
- For Pickup In-Store, go to a checkout register and let a store associate know you have a pickup order.
Holiday Pickup Schedule:
To give our hardworking store associates a well-deserved break this holiday season, please take note of the following changes to our pickup schedule:

Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time on Wednesday, November 27th will be available for pickup starting Saturday, November 30th.

Pickup will be unavailable on Thursday, November 28th, in observance of the holiday.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, December 24th will be available for pickup starting Thursday, December 26th.

Pickup will be unavailable on Wednesday, December 25th.
