If you decide you don’t want the order, you can cancel within one hour of placing your order by clicking on the Cancel Your Order Online button on the order confirmation page, using the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email, or by calling us at 1.800.872.5384.
If you want to change your pickup location or your shipping method, you can cancel your order within the 1-hour remorse period and place a new order for the updated pick-up location.

- Thanksgiving. Pickup In-Store orders placed after 12 pm local time on Wednesday 11/23 will be ready for pick up on Saturday 11/26.
- Christmas. Pickup In-Store orders placed after 12 pm local time on Saturday 12/24 will be ready for pickup by Monday 12/26.
