What can I expect when contacting Levi's® Customer Support?
Our Customer Experience team is committed to providing respectful, helpful, and timely support through phone, chat, and email. We strive to create a positive experience for every customer and ask that all interactions remain professional and constructive.
What behavior is expected when contacting Customer Support?
To help us provide the best possible service, we ask that customers:
- Treat support representatives with respect and courtesy
- Allow agents an opportunity to explain policies and available solutions
- Communicate in a professional and non-threatening manner
Can a support conversation be ended?
Yes. To help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, support agents may end a conversation if a customer:
- Uses threatening, discriminatory, or profane language
- Harasses or repeatedly insults employees
- Engages in abusive or aggressive behavior
- Refuses to stop inappropriate behavior after being asked
In these situations, the interaction may be ended and documented for review.
Can I contact Customer Support again if a previous interaction was ended?
Yes. Customers may continue to contact us for assistance following a previous interaction, provided that future communications remain respectful and professional. Our goal is always to help resolve customer concerns whenever possible.
Can a customer's access to support be restricted?
In rare situations involving repeated abusive behavior or threats directed toward employees, Levi Strauss & Co. may review the account and determine whether restrictions or a refusal of service are appropriate. These situations are reviewed carefully on a case-by-case basis.
Where can I learn more?
Additional information regarding acceptable use and customer conduct can be found in the Levi Strauss & Co. Terms of Use.
