The Red Tab Foundation provides emergency financial assistance and resources to Levi Strauss & Co. employees and retirees in need. This program reflects our belief in taking care of our own during challenging times. -

Through the Levi Strauss Foundation, we advance the human rights and well-being of underserved people in places where the company has a business presence.
Product Donations
When product donations make sense as part of a broader response to specific events, our Community Affairs team works to get garments to communities in need. One example of that was the Benefit Shop we hosted in Los Angeles after the 2025 fires. Additionally, proceeds from select collections are directed toward nonprofit partners, amplifying our impact on causes that matter most.
