Levi’s® has begun using a passwordless sign‑in experience to help keep your account secure and make logging in easier. Instead of a password, you’ll sign in using a one‑time code sent to your email or, on supported devices, a passkey.

We’ll send a one‑time passcode (OTP) to your email address.

Please note: Codes expire quickly for security purposes. If yours expires, you will need to request a new one.
Step 3: Sign In Successfully
Once the code is accepted, you’re signed in and can access your account as usual.
Optional: Use a Passkey (If Available)
On supported devices, you may see the option to sign in with a passkey, which uses your device’s built‑in security (Face ID, fingerprint, or screen lock).
To use a passkey:

Please note: Passkeys are device‑specific. If you switch devices, you can still sign in using email verification.
If You Don’t Receive the Email Code
Try the following:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders
- Confirm the email address is entered correctly
- Request a new code and wait up to 2 minutes
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact Customer Service for help.
If the Code Doesn’t Work
- Make sure you’re using the most recent code
- Enter it before it expires
- Request a new code if needed
If Passkey Doesn’t Work
If passkey sign‑in fails:
- Select Use email instead
- Sign in using the one‑time code sent to your email
You can always use email verification as a backup.
