How does it work?
Once you’ve received your order you can leave your feedback on the items you've just purchased. You'll be asked a few questions about sizing, and quality. You'll be asked to rate your item from a 1-5 star rating, a few questions about yourself, and you will be asked to leave any other feedback that you wish to express.
Tips for writing a review:
- Your review should be clear, constructive, and consistent.
- Make sure to keep the review about the product and not about the rest of your experience. If you have other nonproduct-related issues we suggest you contact our Customer Care Team.
- Please don't include any personal information in your reviews.
The reviews left on our site are monitored by a third-party company called Bazaarvoice which will reject any reviews that contain inappropriate language, your personal information, or any review that does not pertain to a specific product.
How to Leave a Review?
To leave a review on a Levi’s® product simply follow these steps:
For Desktop users:
- Make sure you are logged in
- Go to the upper right-hand corner where your user name is.
- Click on "Purchase History"
- Click on "Order Details"
- Click on "Write Review" on the product you wish to leave a review for.
- Fill out the Review Form
- Hit the "Submit Review" button and you are all done
For App Users:
- Tap on "Account"
- Tap on "Purchase History"
- Tap on "Order Details"
- Tap on "Write Review" on the product you wish to leave a review for.
- Fill out the Review Form
- Tap on the "Submit Review" button and you are all done
Damaged item(s)?
If your item(s) arrived damaged you can easily Exchange them for a new one.
