Levi’s® SecondHand includes jeans, denim shorts, and jackets that've been broken-in and made better by time. Why buy used?
Buying secondhand clothing instead of new garments can help reduce your environmental impact. Our data shows that purchasing a pair of used Levi's® jeans instead of new ones saves 80% of the carbon footprint and diverts 700g of waste.
What about the environmental impact of shipping?
It's not nothing. But ultimately, it saves water and carbon to keep existing clothing in circulation than to consume more resources and manufacture entirely new garments.
Is Levi’s® Secondhand available outside the U.S.?
At the moment, Levi’s® Secondhand is only available in the U.S.

Can I combine Levi’s® and Levi’s® Secondhand orders?
Sorry, Levi's® orders are fulfilled from a different location than Levi's® SecondHand, so we can't combine them.
Can I cancel or edit my order after it has been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If we receive your request within 30 minutes of submitting your order, we may be able to cancel or edit the order. After that point, your order can't be canceled or edited.
Can I add items to an existing order after it has been shipped?
Items can’t be added to an existing order that has shipped.
What if something is wrong with my order when it arrives?

Can I combine multiple orders?
Once your order is placed, it immediately begins the journey through our fulfillment center. We process each order separately and can’t combine multiple orders.
Why is there a six-item order limit per style?
We want to make Levi's® SecondHand items accessible to as many people as possible. In an effort to limit hoarding and reselling, customers may purchase up to six items of the same style. Please see our reseller policy for more information.
How can I pay for my Levi’s® Secondhand purchase?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Levi’s® gift cards.
Why do I have a hold on my credit card? Have I been charged twice for my order?
When your order is placed, we put a temporary authorization hold for the full order amount on your card. Once your order ships, the temporary authorization will drop off within a day or two, depending on your bank. The charge on your statement will reflect Levi's® SecondHand + Trove Recommerce.
Can I change my payment method?
We can’t change the payment method on an order once it has been placed.
How is sales tax calculated?
We calculate sales tax as required by state law. Please note that some states and/or cities may charge state and local sales tax on order shipping fees, which is non-refundable.
What if my order should be tax exempt?
We can retroactively refund your state sales tax if you provide a copy of your state-issued Certificate of Tax Exemption. Please contact our customer service team for tax-exempt requests.
Can I use Levi’s® promo codes on Levi’s® Secondhand?
Levi's® SecondHand merchandise isn't eligible for any promotions, discounts, or offers offered on any other Levi's® site or channel.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all 50 U.S. States and APO/FPO addresses. We can't ship to U.S. territories or international countries right now. Please note that we can't provide customer support, including returns and exchanges, for orders that are shipped outside the U.S. through third-party international shipping vendors.
Can my order ship to a PO box?
Yep, we can ship to U.S. post office boxes.
Can my order ship to an APO/FPO?
We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to an APO / FPO military address or a post office box may only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Ground delivery and cannot be expedited.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $7.50/order + $3.50 per additional item. Please note that some orders will incur state and/or local sales tax on the shipping charge, if applicable by state law. Shipping fees and associated sales tax are non-refundable. At this time, Red Tab Member free shipping benefits do not apply to Levi’s® SecondHand.
What shipping options do you provide? How long does it take to process an order?
You can choose between standard or expedited shipping. Processing orders prior to delivery to the carrier takes an estimated 1-2 days for expedited shipping and an estimated 3-4 days for standard shipping. Due to health and safety measures we’ve put in place in response to COVID-19 to protect our employees, orders may be subject to delays. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.
When will my order arrive?
After your order is submitted, you'll receive two emails: an order confirmation and a shipping notification with tracking number. Order delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method. If you suspect the delivery status is incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can my order be shipped to a store for pickup?
Not right now.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but hurry. We can usually process an address change within 30 minutes of an order being placed. Please contact our Customer Service team for address change requests.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We ship with USPS and UPS, depending on the package size and destination. We are unable to offer carrier selection at checkout.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
You can exchange an item for a product with an equal or lower condition level in a different size or color. Contact our Customer Service team to learn more.
What is the Levi’s® Secondhand return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of purchase. Returns for Levi’s® SecondHand merchandise aren't accepted in Levi's® Retail Stores right now.
How do I return my Levi’s Secondhand items?
Please visit our returns portal. Enter your name and order ID (it's on your order confirmation) to receive a return authorization number and return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You have two options to ship your returns:
- Ship using the pre-paid USPS shipping label. The shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Purchase postage directly from the carrier of your choice. Make sure to include your return authorization email.
Order shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Can I combine multiple returns in a single shipment?
Yes, you can combine multiple Levi's® SecondHand returns as long as you complete the process for each one in the returns portal, and include all return confirmation printouts in the package. You will need to purchase postage directly from the carrier of your choice, rather than using the shipping label attached to the return confirmation email for individual items.
How long until I receive my refund?
Please allow 15 to 20 days from receipt at the warehouse for your refund to be processed and posted to your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment. Once confirmed, it may take your bank up to 7 business days to credit the refund to your account. We’re grateful for your patience.
Can I return my Levi’s® Secondhand items at a Levi’s® Retail Store?
No, we can only accept online returns for Levi's® SecondHand merchandise at this time.
