A: When signing up for a Red Tab™ account, the option to input your birthday information is the final step before clicking join and creating the account.
Q: I accidentally input the wrong birthday, can I update my information?
A: If you mistakenly entered the wrong birthday in your Red Tab™ profile, you can request a one-time update by contacting customer service. Please click HERE to contact our skilled customer service team.

Q: What if I didn’t receive my birthday reward?
A: If you cannot locate the birthday reward in your email inbox, no worries - you can also locate your reward within your Red Tab™ profile. Once logged into your Red Tab™ account, navigate to the page titled "My Red Tab™ Benefits" or click HERE - under "Current Benefits" you will see your Birthday reward with instructions on how to redeem at checkout as well.
Q: When/How will I receive my birthday reward/offer?
A: Red Tab™ members will receive their birthday reward via email at the beginning of the month indicated as the user's birthday within their account profile. The reward can additionally be found under the "My Red Tab™ Benefits" as explained above.
Q: Can I use my birthday reward in combination with other discounts or promotions?
A: The birthday reward may not be stacked with any promo 30% off or greater.
Q: What if I miss the birthday reward period?
A: Please be advised that the birthday reward is valid until the end of your birthday month, after which it will expire and can no longer be used.
