At Levi Strauss & Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. All products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects (outside of normal wear and tear).
If you feel your garment is defective:
- Please fill out and submit our online Warranty Return Form. You will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your responses.
- Print out a copy of your confirmation email and send it to the address below with your product and we’ll inspect it.
- If your garment is found to be defective, we’ll replace it with the same or similar garment in the same size.
If it’s determined that your garment is not defective, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation.

- Return shipping costs must be paid for by the consumer and we suggest insuring it. Levi Strauss & Co. will not cover or reimburse any warranty claim return shipping costs.
- State law requires that products accepted for review must be clean.
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing once your garment(s) have been received.
