Returns and Exchanges Policy
- We will gladly accept your return or exchange if the merchandise is in its original and unworn condition, defective, or an incorrect item with original tags attached.
- Purchases made on or after February 12th, 2024 are eligible for a 30-day exchange policy. For online purchases, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of ship date, while in-store purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Any online purchase completed on or before February 11th, 2024 remains eligible for returns or exchanges within a 60-day timeframe of the ship date under the previous policy.
- In-store retail or outlet purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store (Levi’s®, Levi’s® Outlet). and cannot be processed through Levi's® online returns by mail, Narvar, or Happy Returns. In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only. Find your nearest store here.
- Items may only be exchanged for a different size once for free within 30 days of the ship date.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your return or exchange.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment. It may take up to 15 business days for your refund to process back to your account depending on your banking institution.
- Items marked as Final Sale, along with shipping and handling fees, gift cards, gift wrap charges, and donations, are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return or Exchange
Log into your RedTab™ account: Click here enter your email and password and click on the “Log in” button.
For non-RedTab members who checked out as a "Guest": Start your exchange or return by clicking here:
- Simply enter your order number and email address.
- Follow steps 5-9 to complete the return or replacement request.

- Access your order history: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
- Initiate return or exchange: Find the order you wish to return or exchange. Click on the "Exchange or Return" option located on the right side of your order.
- Choose your return method: Choose your desired return method from the options provided. For more details about your return method options, click here.
- Select items and answer questions: Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and answer some questions based on your selection (e.g., size for exchange, return reason).
- Select how you would like to drop off your items: Choose your preferred drop-off method and select the location that works best for you from the provided options.
- Review your choices: Hit “Next” to review your return or exchange details and make sure all information and selected return methods are correct.
- Choose refund method (for returns): If processing a return, select how you'd like your refund: Credit via gift card or the original payment method.
- Submit your request: Click the “Submit" button and follow the prompts to print your shipping label and receive instructions based on your chosen drop-off method and you're all set.
Returns and Exchanges Conditions and Exceptions
- Please print and include your exchange returns packing slip in your package to prevent refund delays. If your package is missing the packing slip, please allow an additional week from the standard 15 days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
- Your exchange order will ship once your return is dropped off at your nearest carrier location. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange order has shipped.
- Remember, you have 14 days to return your item(s), or the exchange will be automatically canceled. If your order is canceled, please initiate a new exchange within the specified exchange policy timeframe.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange order to be delivered once it has been processed.
- Exchange shipments will ship to the address on the original order and cannot be modified.
- We are not able to support exchanges for a new style or color at this time exchanges can only be made for a different size. Please return your item and place a new order or visit a Levi's® store.
- Exchange items are not eligible for promotions or gift wrapping.
- We are unable to process exchange orders for out-of-stock items. Instead, please return your item for a full refund or visit a Levi's® store.
- If you've already shipped your original item(s) back to us and the item you're exchanging for goes out of stock, your exchange will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
- If the item you wish to exchange for is out-of-stock and you see the “Notify Me If in Stock” button, you can be notified if that item is restocked.
- On the product page, select the size that is not available and click on the “Notify Me If in Stock” button.
- Enter the email address you wish to be notified from.
- If you don't see the "Notify Me If in Stock" button, it means we've sold out of that item and won't be restocking it in the future.
Authorized Retailer Purchases
- If your purchase was made at an authorized retailer (e.g., Macy's, Kohl's, Amazon), returns and exchanges must be processed through the same retailer. For more details on authorized retailer returns and exchange policies, please reach out directly to your local store.
International Returns and Exchanges
- Items can only be returned and exchanged in the country of purchase. If you made your purchase in the UK, then it must be processed there. We appreciate your understanding of this international exchange limitation. Click here to find a Global Levis® store.

How Do I Track My Return or Exchange?
- Log into your RedTab™ account here and enter your email and password.
For non-RedTab members who checked out as a "Guest": Start by clicking here:

- Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
- Look for the order that includes your return or exchange, then click on its "Order Details" button.
- Search for the item you are returning or exchanging and click on the "Track Return" button to see the status of your item.
What If I Received a Damaged or Defective Item?
Please follow the “Return and Exchange” process to obtain a replacement item. The damaged item can be exchanged for the same or a different size.
- You won't be charged a return shipping fee.
- Address changes can’t be made on your replacement request.
- Replacement orders can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return shipping carrier.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- If the item you wish to exchange is not available, select the "Return" option with the "Defective" reason code and return the item for a full refund. You will not be charged the return shipping fee.
What Does Levi's® Warranty Cover?
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects, excluding normal wear and tear. Click here for more details.
