Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Levi’s® purchase. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! For purchases made between 11/11 and 12/24, returns and exchanges are extended to 60 days from the delivery date for online orders and 60 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases.
Please note:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are limited to one size adjustment per item.
Standard Policy
For online purchases outside of the holiday window, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Online purchases:
- Returning items purchased on Levi.com or Levi’s® App is free of charge in-store.
- Returns are FREE for Red Tab™ Members. For non-members a $7.50 returns processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items marked as Final Sale, along with shipping and handling fees, gift cards, gift wrap charges, and donations, are non-refundable.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
In-store purchases:
- Returning items purchased in-store at our retail or outlet locations (Levi’s®, Levi’s® Outlet) are free of charge in-store and must be returned or exchanged in-store and cannot be returned by mail, or Narvar.
- Items purchased in-store can be returned for a full refund with a receipt, using the original form of payment. Items must be in their original and unworn condition with original tags attached. Excludes customized products.
- In-store returns without a receipt will be issued store credit or exchange equal to the current selling price. Find your nearest store here.
How to return an item I've purchased on Levi.com

RedTab™ members can begin your return or replacement by logging in to your account: Sign in to your RedTab™ account here with your email and password.
- For non-RedTab members who checked out as a guest: Start your exchange or return by clicking here. Enter your order number and email.
- Find your order: Locate your order number by hovering over your name at the top of the page and click "Order History."
- Initiate return or exchange: Find your order and click "Exchange or Return".
- Choose a return method: Select your preferred return method and follow the instructions.

Mail-in or drop-off returns: Choose the item(s) you wish to return, then select "exchange or replace" (damaged or wrong item replacement) or "return". Follow the prompts to complete your return or replacement request.
- Drop-off method: Choose your preferred drop-off method and location.
- Choose refund method (for returns): Select credit via gift card or original payment.
- Submit request: Click "Submit" to print your shipping label and receive drop-off instructions.
Returns and Exchanges Conditions and Exceptions
- Remember, you have 14 days to return your item(s), or the exchange will be automatically canceled. If your order is canceled, please initiate a new exchange within the specified exchange policy timeframe.
- Please print and include your exchange returns packing slip in your package to prevent refund delays. If your package is missing the packing slip, please allow an additional week from the standard 15 days for your refund to be posted to your original payment method.
- Your exchange order will ship once your return is dropped off at your nearest carrier location. You will receive an email confirmation once your exchange order has shipped.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your exchange order to be delivered once it has been processed. Exchange shipments will ship to the address on the original order and cannot be modified.
- We are not able to support exchanges for a new style or color at this time. Exchanges can only be made for a different size. Please return your item and place a new order or visit a Levi's® store.

Exchange items are not eligible for promotions or gift wrapping.
Out-of-Stock Items
- We are unable to process exchange orders for out-of-stock items. Instead, please return your item for a full refund or visit a Levi's® store.
- If you've already shipped your original item(s) back to us and the item you're exchanging for goes out of stock, your exchange will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

If the item you wish to exchange for is out-of-stock and you see the “Notify Me If in Stock” button, you can be notified if that item is restocked.

- On the product page, select the size that is not available and click on the “Notify Me If in Stock” button.
- Enter the email address you wish to be notified from.

If you don't see the "Notify Me If in Stock" button, it means we've sold out of that item and won't be restocking it in the future.
Authorized Retailer Purchases
- If your purchase was made at an authorized retailer (e.g., Macy's, Kohl's, Amazon), returns and exchanges must be processed through the same retailer. For more details on authorized retailer returns and exchange policies, please reach out directly to your local store.
International Returns and Exchanges

Items can only be returned and exchanged in the country of purchase. If you made your purchase in the UK, then it must be processed there. We appreciate your understanding of this international exchange limitation. Click here to find a Global Levis® store.
