You can cancel your Pickup In-Store order within 1 hour of placing it.
To cancel your order:
- Select the Cancel Your Order Online button on your order confirmation page,
- Use the tracking link in your order confirmation email, or
- Contact a Levi’s® customer service agent for help.
After the 1-hour window, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
Can I change the pickup location for my order?
Pickup location and shipping method cannot be updated after your order is placed.
If you need to make a change, you can:
- Cancel your order within the 1-hour cancellation window, and
- Place a new order with your preferred pickup location or shipping method.
