What is Pickup in Store?
| Pickup in Store lets you place an order online and pick it up at a participating Levi's® store instead of having it shipped to your address. Availability varies by location and will be shown while shopping and during checkout. |
How do I place a Pickup in Store order?
Select your size and color, choose Pickup in Store, select a store, add the item to your bag, and complete checkout.
Which payment methods can I use?
Most payment methods are accepted. Apple Pay and PayPal Express Checkout are not currently available for Pickup in Store orders.
Pickup process
How long does Pickup in Store take?
Most orders are ready the same day when placed at least three hours before store closing. Orders placed within three hours of closing may be ready the next business day.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You'll receive a Ready for Pickup email with instructions. If you opted in to SMS notifications, you'll also receive a text message.
How do I pick up my order?
Visit the selected Levi's® store and let a store associate know you have a Pickup in Store order. They will assist you with retrieving your purchase.
