Where can I check my points balance?
On the app or website, navigate to your account and click on “Your Rewards” to see your total points and activity history. -
I am missing points, what do I do?
Sometimes points take a little while to appear, especially if the order has not shipped yet. If you still do not see your points after 7 days from when it's shipped, please contact our customer service team. -
I haven’t received points for a recent purchase — what should I do?
Contact our customer service team with your order number and email address. We’ll be happy to help review and apply your points if eligible.
