Repair Cost
Repair pricing starts at $5.00 and varies based on the complexity and nature of the repair required.
- We do not offer zipper repairs in US & Canada Tailor Shops. Any issues with damaged zippers should follow the warranty claim process.
Repair Timeline Expectations
Typical turnaround times:
- Same-day for simple repairs like patches, button swaps, standard hems or small embroidery.
- 2–6 business days for more complex fixes like structural repair, inseam/outseam taper, or non-standard hems.
- 1-2 weeks for waist adjustments, paneling, fringe, or distressing.
- 3-4 weeks for significant alterations like full custom tailoring and upcycling.
Please note: These timelines are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the repair, store volume, and Tailor Shop availability. Please confirm with your local Levi’s® Tailor Shop for accurate timing.
When Repairs Are Covered
Repairs are free in these scenarios:
- Manufacturing defects covered under Levi’s® quality guarantee.
- Repairs for product defects within warranty.
- Special promotions or events for Red Tab™ Members.
- Broken or damaged components such as belt loops, buttons, rivets, and the Two Horse Pull back patch can be repaired at no cost.
