Photo requirements
What photos do I need to submit?
For each garment included in your claim, provide:
- At least two clear photos of the defect
- A photo of the size label
- A photo of the country label
- A photo of the product style label
We recommend submitting photos in JPG format whenever possible.
How clear do my photos need to be?
Photos must be clear, sharp, and easy to read. If we cannot verify the defect or garment details from the photos provided, you may be asked to submit additional photos or send the garment for inspection.
If an inspection is required, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Size label examples
Where can I find the size label?
The size label is typically located beneath the care label(s) inside the garment.
We use the information on this label to identify the garment and process your warranty claim. Please ensure all numbers are clearly visible.

The country label is typically located near the care label(s) inside the garment.
We use this information to help verify manufacturing details during the claim review process.
