If something does not work out, your options depend on where you purchased the item.
If you bought online (Levi’s® shipped to a Canadian address)
Returns only (no exchanges).
- Online orders shipped to Canada can be returned within 30 days of the ship date (items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags).
- For purchases made between 11/11/2025 to 12/24/2025, returns can be initiated within 60 days of ship date.
- Online exchanges are not available for Canada. If you need a different size, color, or style, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- Returns are free of charge.
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Processing may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Items marked Final Sale and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
If you bought in a Levi’s® store in Canada
Returns and exchanges are available in store only.
- Store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date (items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags).
- Store purchases must be handled in store and cannot be processed through online mail returns.

Returning an online order in store (Canada)
Items purchased online and shipped to a Canadian address may be returned in a Levi’s® store in Canada at no cost (where available).
- Refunds only. If you need a different size or style, return for a refund and place a new order.
Important Canada note
Items purchased in a Levi’s® store in Canada or shipped to a Canadian address cannot be returned or exchanged in a Levi’s® store outside Canada.

- Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.
