We hope you’re pleased with your new Levi’s®. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can return any unworn and unwashed item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
Returns Policy:
- We will gladly accept your return or exchange if the merchandise is in its original and unworn condition, defective, or an incorrect item with original tags attached.
- Returns are FREE of charge
- For online orders, returns must be initiated within 30 days of ship date, while in-store purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
- In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store and cannot be processed through Levi's® online returns by mail, Narvar. Find your nearest store here.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to process back to your account depending on your banking institution.
- Items marked as Final Sale, along with shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returns In Store:
Items purchased online and in stores can be returned in store at no cost. Items purchased in a Levi’s® store in Canada or shipped to a Canadian address cannot be returned or exchanged in a Levi’s® store outside Canada. Find a store near you to check store hours and address information. Returns are allowed for up to 30 days after purchase.
