- All refunds are made in the original form of payment
- Items purchased at a Levi's® Retail Store, Levi's® Outlet Store, or department store cannot be returned by mail to Levi.com.
- Items purchased at Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may only be made to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.
- You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Make sure that you save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable unless something is incorrect with your order.
- Items purchased at a department store may not be returned to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.
COVID-19 Update: We’re accepting returns and exchanges in our re-opened stores for purchases made on Levi.com and at Levi’s® stores. Returns older than 60 days will be allowed up to 60 days after a store’s re-opening date. All returned items will be quarantined for 72 hours.
