No returns or exchanges: Remember that all purchases during a final sale are considered final, meaning no returns or exchanges are allowed.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or was shipped in error, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance. We’ll be happy to help review and assist with the issue.
- Check the sizing: Since exchanges aren’t available, please make sure to select the right size before purchasing. We recommend checking the Levi's® Size Chart and Guide and reading product reviews to help ensure the best fit.
- Promotion / Discount Stacking: Discounted items (including Final Sale items) do not qualify for additional discounts as only one discount per item may be applied.
- No price adjustments: Final sale items do not qualify for price adjustments or price matches.
- Sales tax: Depending on where you live, sales tax may still be added to the final sale price.
- Collaboration Items: Items from collaborations or limited-edition collections are often offered as final sale—therefore they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.
