1. How do I sign up?
To sign up for the program:
- Visit the official Levi's® EQL sign-up page:
- Fill out the required fields including name, email, and shipping details.
- Submit the form and wait for confirmation.

2. Where do I sign up?
You can sign up directly through the campaign link provided in your email or the Levi’s® official EQL sign-up page.

3. What does the sign-up confirmation look like?
Once you’ve successfully signed up, you’ll receive:

4. How will I know if I was selected?
If selected, you’ll receive an email with a link to purchase. Follow these steps:
- Click the purchase link.
- Choose your items and proceed to checkout.

5. What are the timeline expectations?

- Sign-Up Period: February 19th, 2026 at 7:00 AM - February 20th, 2026 at 7:00 AM
- Selection Period: Results will be emailed to participants on Friday, February 20th, 2026.
6. When will I be charged if I am selected as a winner?
You won’t be charged at the time of order. When you place your order, a $0 authorization hold may appear while the submission window is open. If you're selected as a winner, your payment will be processed later.
7. Can I use a gift card if I am selected as a winner?
At this time, gift cards aren't eligible for use as tender on EQL purchases.
8. Can I cancel my entry after submitting it?
Yes! You can cancel your entry at any time up until the drawing takes place or the launch closes. Just make sure to complete the cancellation before the deadline to ensure your entry is withdrawn successfully.
9. Can I return my purchase if I am selected as a winner?
