What is EQL?
Levi's® uses EQL, a secure third-party platform, for select product launches and limited-edition collaborations. The platform is designed to give customers a fair opportunity to purchase highly sought-after products.
Entering a launch
How do I enter an EQL launch?
- Visit the Levi's® EQL launch page.
- Select Notify Me to receive launch updates.
- Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to complete your entry.
- Provide your size, contact information, shipping address, and payment details.
- Review your information and submit your entry.
What does the sign-up process look like?
Step 1: Select "Notify Me"

Step 2: Enter your email address
| Enter your email address and click “Sign Up” to join the raffle. |
Step 3: Complete your launch entry
Provide your size, contact information, shipping address, and payment details, then submit your entry.

How will I know if my entry was submitted successfully?
You'll receive:
- An on-screen confirmation message
- A confirmation email

Selection and purchasing
How will I know if I was selected?
If selected, you'll receive an email with instructions for completing your purchase.
When will I be charged?
You won't be charged when you submit your entry. A temporary $0 authorization hold may appear while the entry window is open.
If you're selected, your payment method will be charged according to the launch terms.
Can I use a gift card to place an EQL order?
No. Gift cards are not accepted for EQL purchases.
Common questions
Can I cancel my entry after submitting it?
Yes. You may cancel your entry at any time before the drawing takes place or the launch closes.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel an item purchased through EQL?
No. All EQL purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please see our Final sale items page for additional information.
