Due to high holiday volume and bad weather in some parts of the country, you may see your package in the same status (e.g. ready for carrier pickup, In Transit) or in the same city for a few days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered. Mail-in Returns and Exchanges will be processed 10-15 business days after it's been delivered.
