What are your shipping deadlines?

This 2024 holiday season we advise you to Shop Early! Carriers will be backed up with the massive increase in e-commerce shipments. Please consider this and place your orders early. We suggest ordering at least 10 business days before the date you wish to have your goods this year.

E-gift cards, Free pick-up in-store, and in-person shopping at our stores are other great options for those customers who are looking to spread joy with a shorter lead time.

• Order cutoff times vary as we have multiple shipping locations. Orders placed after cutoff times are processed and shipped the next business day. 
• It may take up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive your shipping confirmation email. 
• We and our carriers do our best to process and deliver your order on time. Still, order delays may occur due to high order volume during the holidays, hazardous weather conditions, and incomplete or incorrect addresses.
