Levi’s offers a one-time price adjustment on one full-price item purchased on Levi.com if the item is marked down online within 14 days of purchase. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility
- Price adjustments only apply to full-priced items that are now marked down on Levi.com.

Exclusions: Items purchased before major promotional events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Warehouse Sale) do not qualify for price adjustments. This means:
- If you purchased an item before a sale started, such as during Warehouse or Black Friday promotions, the item is not eligible for the discounted price.
- Final Sale items and special promotions are also excluded. Check the specific Terms and Conditions for each promotion.
Limitations
- Only one price adjustment is allowed per item, per order. Once an item has received a price adjustment, it is no longer eligible for additional adjustments, even if the price drops again within the 14-day window.
- Example: If you purchased 3 items at full price and all are now on sale, you may request one price adjustment per item. However, if the price drops again later, no further adjustments can be made for those same items.
Refund Process
- For orders that have already shipped, adjustments will be processed within 3-5 business days and refunded to your original payment method.
- For unshipped orders, the adjusted price will appear on your shipping confirmation.
Important Notes
- You can select either a price adjustment or a promotional discount at the time of purchase, but not both.
