Pay by link is a secure payment option agents can offer when helping you place an order over the phone. Instead of sharing your payment details verbally, you’ll receive a payment link directly in your email. There’s no account to create and no app to download—just open the link, review your order, and pay. It’s quick, safe, and works on any device.
How do I use Pay by link?
Check your email for a message from us containing a secure “Pay Now” button as illustrated below.
- Click the button to open your payment page. You’ll see:
- Your item(s)
- Taxes and order total
- A secure checkout form
Enter your credit‑card details and submit your payment.
- (Note: Pay by link accepts credit cards only; gift cards aren’t supported.)
- Once processed, your order is automatically confirmed and moves to fulfillment.
How long do I have to pay?
You have 24 hours from when the email is sent to complete your payment.
If payment isn’t received in time, the order will cancel automatically and you’ll receive a cancellation email.
I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?
Try the following:
- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folders
- Ensure the email address you provided is correct
- Contact us — we can resend the link or provide a new secure payment URL
My card isn’t going through—what can I try?
Payment declines can happen for several reasons. You can try:
- Using a different credit card
- Double‑checking your billing ZIP code and security code (CVV)
Can I change my order before paying?
Yes. An agent can help update your order if you reach out within one hour of when the order was created.
After that time, we can’t edit the order before it processes.
If the total changes, you’ll receive a new pay‑by‑link email with the updated amount.
What happens after I pay?
After submitting payment:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Our fulfillment team will begin preparing your order
- If you refresh the payment page, it may take a moment for the status to update — this is normal
