Returns Policy

• We will gladly accept your return if the merchandise is in its original and unworn condition, defective, or an incorrect item with original tags attached.
• For online orders, returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Purchases made online cannot be exchanged online.
• In-store retail or outlet purchases must be returned or exchanged in-store (Levi’s®, Levi’s® Outlet). and cannot be processed through  Levi's® online returns by mail. In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only. Find your nearest store here.
• Returns are FREE of charge
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your return.
• All refunds are made in the original form of payment. It may take up to 10 business days for your refund to process back to your account depending on your banking institution.
• Items marked as Final Sale, along with shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

1. Log into your account: Click here enter your email and password and click on the “Log in” button. 
   • • For those who are experiencing issues with the above option, and for those who checked out as a "Guest": Start your return by clicking here:
       • • Simply enter your order number and email address. 
         • Follow steps 5-8 to complete the return 
2. Access your order history: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
3. Initiate return: Find the order you wish to return. Click on the "Return" option located on the right side of your order.
4. Choose your return method: Choose your desired return method from the options provided.
5. Select items and answer questions: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and answer some questions based on your selection (e.g. return reason).
6. Select how you would like to drop off your items: Choose your preferred drop-off method and select the location that works best for you from the provided options.
7. Review your choices: Hit “Next” to review your return details and make sure all information and selected return methods are correct.
8. Submit your request: Click the “Submit" button and follow the prompts to print your shipping label and receive instructions based on your chosen drop-off method and you're all set.
