What types of text messages can I receive?
Depending on what you sign up for, you may receive order-related text updates or promotional text messages from Levi’s®. These are separate messaging options, so signing up for order updates does not automatically sign you up for promotional messages.
Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Signing up for promotional messages is optional and is not required to make a purchase.
How do I sign up for order text updates?
You can sign up for order-related text updates during checkout when the option is available. Simply select the "Yes, text me with updates about the status of my packages" option.
You can also sign up after placing your order through the Track Order page. Enter your order information, select Track Package, and enter your mobile number when the text update option appears.
How do I sign up for promotional text messages?
When a Levi’s® promotional text signup option is available to you, follow the instructions provided via the 'Sign Me Up' option to enter your mobile number and complete the signup process.
How do I stop receiving text messages?
Reply STOP to a message from the Levi’s® text messaging program you want to cancel. You may receive a one-time confirmation message.
If you are subscribed to more than one Levi’s® text messaging program, you may need to opt out of each program separately.
