How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order anytime using the tracking link included in your shipment confirmation email or by selecting the tracking option below.
What Does "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" Mean?
"Awaiting Carrier Pickup" means your package has been packed, labeled, and is ready to ship, but the carrier has not yet completed the first tracking scan.
Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?
It's normal for tracking to remain unchanged until the carrier performs its first scan. This can be more common during weekends, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.
Carriers may also process shipments in bulk, which can temporarily delay tracking updates even when your package is already in transit.
When Will My Tracking Update?
Most packages receive their first carrier scan within 1–3 business days after the shipping label is created.
If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
Do I Need to Contact Customer Service?
No. Customer Service has access to the same tracking information shown on the carrier's website and cannot provide additional updates before the carrier completes its first scan.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped.
| Shipping Method | Estimated Delivery Time |
|---|---|
| Ground | 3–6 business days |
| 2-Day | 2 business days |
| Overnight | 1 business day |
Why Is My Order Delayed?
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including:
- Severe weather
- High carrier volume, especially during peak seasons
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Even if your package arrives later than expected, it may still be moving through the carrier's network.
What Can I Do If My Order Is Delayed?
- Review your tracking information for the latest updates.
- Allow 2–5 days between tracking scans during transit.
- Confirm that your shipping address is accurate.
- Contact Customer Service if your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
Why Did My Order Ship in Multiple Packages?
To help deliver items as quickly as possible, some orders may be split into multiple shipments. If this happens, each package will have its own tracking number and delivery updates.
Additional Shipping Information
- Carriers typically pick up shipments Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Packages shipped to PO Boxes or remote locations may experience longer transit times or delayed initial scans.
