When I purchase an e‑gift card, when is it sent and when will I receive it?
E‑gift cards are sent immediately via email after purchase. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2-3 business days due to high traffic or order volume. If you don’t see your e‑gift card email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails may occasionally be filtered. -
Can I reload my Levi’s® gift card?
At this time, Levi’s® gift cards cannot be reloaded. Once the balance is used, a new gift card must be purchased. -

Where can I use my gift card?
Levi’s® gift cards can be used at:- Any U.S. Levi’s® Retail Store
- U.S. Levi’s® Outlet Stores
- Online at Levi.com and the Levi’s® App
Gift cards cannot be redeemed at department stores or non‑brand specialty stores.

How do I use a Levi’s® gift card online?
You can use a Levi’s® gift card or e‑gift card during checkout on Levi.com.- Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- On the payment screen, select Gift Card as your payment method.
- Enter your gift card number and PIN, then apply the balance.
If your gift card doesn’t cover the full order total, you’ll be prompted to add another payment method for the remaining balance.

Can I use multiple gift cards on the same online order?
For online orders, you can apply one gift card or e‑gift card per order. If you have more than one gift card you’d like to use, you’ll need to place separate orders for each card. -
Can I use my gift card to purchase another gift card?
No. Levi’s® gift cards and e‑gift cards can’t be used to purchase other gift cards, including Levi’s® gift cards or third‑party gift cards.
If you’re looking to give a gift card to someone else, you’ll need to purchase it using another accepted payment method (such as a credit or debit card).
Payments, Checkout & Order Processing

What if my order total is more than my gift card balance?
If your order total exceeds your available gift card balance, you’ll need to use another accepted payment method to pay the remaining amount.- The full gift card balance is applied first.
- The remaining balance can be paid with a credit or debit card.
- Orders cannot be placed using only a partial gift card balance.

Can I use my gift card with Pay by Link?
No. Levi’s® gift cards and e‑gift cards aren’t supported with Pay by Link at this time. Pay by Link only supports standard payment methods, such as credit or debit cards. For additional information on this feature, please visit our Pay By Link – How It Works FAQ. -
Why isn’t my gift card code working at checkout?
If your Levi’s® gift card or e‑gift card isn’t applying at checkout, one of the following may be causing the issue:-
Extra spaces or formatting issues
If you copied and pasted the code, make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the gift card number or PIN. -
Incorrect PIN entered
Double‑check that the PIN is entered exactly as shown on your physical card or in the e‑gift card email. -
Gift card wasn’t activated
If the gift card was purchased in a Levi’s® store, it must be activated at the register at the time of purchase. If activation didn’t go through, the card won’t work online. -
Insufficient balance
Make sure your gift card has enough funds to cover part or all of your order. If not, you’ll need to add another payment method.

Extra spaces or formatting issues
If you’ve checked all of the above and your gift card still isn’t working, contact Customer Support with your proof of purchase and gift card details so we can help troubleshoot.
Returns, Refunds & Lost Cards

Can I return a gift card I purchased?
No. Gift cards purchased online or in store cannot be returned or refunded. -
What happens to my gift card balance if my order is canceled?
If an order paid with a gift card is canceled, the gift card balance is typically released back to the original gift card. This usually happens within a 3-5 business days, though processing times may vary. -
What should I do if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Levi Strauss & Co. isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or for unauthorized use. -
Do Levi’s® gift cards ever expire or have fees?
No. Levi’s® gift cards and e‑gift cards do not expire and do not have fees. Your funds remain available until the balance is fully used.
Taxes

Do you charge sales tax on gift cards?
Sales tax is not charged when purchasing gift cards. However, if items purchased with a gift card are shipped to a state or locality that requires sales tax, those items will be subject to that tax. -
Can I use a gift card to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes. Levi’s® gift cards and e‑gift cards can be used toward merchandise, shipping, and applicable taxes. The total amount—including shipping and tax—is deducted from your available gift card balance at checkout.

At this time, Levi’s® e‑gift cards aren’t available in Canada, but physical gift cards can be purchased at select participating locations.
