Awaiting Carrier Pickup
If your order status is showing "Awaiting Carrier Pickup," this means your package has been packed, labeled, and is ready to ship—but the carrier has not yet scanned it into their tracking system.
What This Means:

Your package has left our warehouse (or is scheduled for pickup) and is in the carrier’s possession.

However, tracking will not update until the carrier performs the first official scan, usually at a sorting hub or facility.
Why Tracking May Look Inactive:

Even if the package has physically left our warehouse, the tracking page may still show "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" until the carrier scans it.

This is common during high-volume periods or weekends.

Carriers sometimes delay scans or process shipments in bulk, which can temporarily pause tracking updates.
No Need to Reach Out:

There is no need to contact Customer Service or reply to your order confirmation email; our team sees the same status you do and cannot access more tracking information once the package is with the carrier.

Reaching out will not speed up delivery or provide additional insight.
When Will It Update?

Most packages are scanned by the carrier within 1–3 business days of label creation.

If you do not see any updates after 7 business days, please reach out, and we’ll gladly assist.

Carriers typically pick up packages from our warehouse Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Packages headed to PO Boxes or remote areas may take additional time to receive their first scan.
Estimated Delivery Timeframe
Here are the standard delivery timeframes based on your chosen shipping method:
- Ground: 3-6 business days
- 2-Day: 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Common Reasons for Delays
If your order is delayed beyond the original estimated delivery date, rest assured that your package is still on its way. Delays can occur due to various factors, including:
