How will I know when my Pickup In-Store order is ready?
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a Ready for Pickup email with instructions for collecting your order.
If you opted in to SMS notifications during checkout, you'll also receive a Ready for Pickup text message.
What information is included in the Ready for Pickup notification?
Your Ready for Pickup email will include:
- Confirmation that your order is ready
- Pickup instructions
- Information on where to go in the store
- Details about what you'll need to bring when picking up your order
What should I do when I arrive at the store?
Visit the pickup location described in your Ready for Pickup email and let a store associate know you're there to collect your order.
If you need assistance, a store associate will be happy to help.
Holiday Pick Up Schedule
To give our hardworking store associates a well-deserved break this holiday season, please take note of the following changes to our pickup schedule:
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time on Wednesday, November 25th will be available for pickup starting Saturday, November 28th.
- Pickup will be unavailable on Thursday, November 26th in observance of the holiday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, December 24th will be available for pickup starting Saturday, December 26th.
- Pickup will be unavailable on Thursday, December 25th in observance of the holiday.
