How long do I have to pick up my order?
After receiving your Ready for Pickup notification, you'll have 5 days to pick up your order.
What happens if I don't pick up my order?
If your order is not picked up within 5 days, it will be automatically canceled and you'll receive an Order Canceled email. You will not be charged for a canceled pickup order.
Can my pickup order be shipped instead?
No. Pickup In-Store orders cannot be converted to a shipped order.
If your order is canceled, you'll need to place a new order and select a shipping option or pickup location that works best for you.
Holiday Pick Up Schedule
To give our hardworking store associates a well-deserved break this holiday season, please take note of the following changes to our pickup schedule:
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time on Wednesday, November 25th will be available for pickup starting Saturday, November 28th.
- Pickup will be unavailable on Thursday, November 26th in observance of the holiday.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, December 24th will be available for pickup starting Saturday, December 26th.
- Pickup will be unavailable on Thursday, December 25th in observance of the holiday.
