You’ll get your return refunded in the original form of purchase.

- Not a Red Tab™ Member? We’ll have to charge you a $7.50 return processing fee for mailed returns.
- Refunds using Happy Returns are processed the same day.
- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
- Just as a reminder, shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, and donations are nonrefundable.
Returning an in-store purchase?
- In-store Retail or Outlet purchases may only be returned in-store and may not be returned by mail or with Happy Returns.
- In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only
International Returns?
- International customers who purchase from the U.S. online store are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items purchased in a Levi’s® store outside the U.S. or shipped to a foreign address cannot be exchanged in a Levi’s® store in the U.S.
RETURNS IN STORE
Items purchased online and in stores can be returned in-store within the country of purchase for free. Find a store near you to check store hours and address information. Returns are allowed for up to 60 days after purchase. Items purchased with Afterpay may be returned in stores.
RETURNS WITH HAPPY RETURNS
Need a fast, easy and eco-friendly way to return? Happy Returns is as quick and painless as it gets with thousands of convenient return locations and a stress-free process.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Happy Returns is FREE for Red Tab™ Members. Become a member now, then start your return.
- Effective January 4, 2023, Happy Returns has enforced a return item limit of 9. For returns consisting of 9 or more items, it is necessary to generate two Happy Returns QR codes.
- No returns are accepted for items costing more than $500 each. The limitation only applies to each individual item; you can still combine multiple items to exceed this limit.
- No packaging or return label is needed for Happy Returns. It’s easier and more eco-friendly than packaging up the regular way.
- Making a return through Happy Returns is simple! Simply follow the instructions below and drop your item(s) off at one of our +9,000 Happy Returns locations.
- For all items processed through Happy Returns, your refund is processed the same day, but it could take up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
- A $7.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund for NON Red Tab™ Members
To begin your Happy Return, start here.
- Next, enter your Order Number and Email. Click "Start Your Return."
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Submit your return request
- Then, check your inbox for the next steps. You'll receive an email with a QR code.
- Bring your item(s) and QR code to any Happy Returns location and you're good to go.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item(s) by mail, click on the Start Your Return button below to start the process.

Select the item(s) you want to return and choose one of the following three options:

- Go printerless and boxless. Get a mobile return code for your package if you don’t have a printer or packaging handy. Take the code to a FedEx store and they’ll print the label and package your return for you.

Print a return label. Wrap up your return in its original packaging or a new container of your choosing. Make sure that your return is securely packed and won't fall out during shipping, and place the packing slip inside. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside and make sure the label is clearly visible. Drop it off at the nearest FedEx, or USPS store.
- Home Pickup. Place the packing slip inside and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Schedule a date for a carrier to pick up your return right from your home (Available Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm). A $8.95 pick-up fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. Available in select US cities.

- Returns can't be canceled once you hand them off to the return-shipping carrier.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your return.
- Note: It could be up to 15 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
