Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Levi’s® purchase. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help! For purchases made between 11/11 and 12/24, returns and exchanges are extended to 60 days from the delivery date for online orders and 60 days from the purchase date for in-store purchases.
Please note:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are limited to one size adjustment per item.
Standard Policy
For online purchases outside of the holiday window, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date. In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

- For non-RedTab members who checked out as a guest: Start your exchange or return by clicking here. Enter your order number and email.
- Find your order: Locate your order number by hovering over your name at the top of the page and click "Order History."
- Initiate return or exchange: Find your order and click "Exchange or Return".
- Choose a return method: Select your preferred return method and follow the instructions.

Mail-in or drop-off returns: Choose the item(s) you wish to return, then select "exchange or replace" (damaged or wrong item replacement) or "return". Follow the prompts to complete your return or replacement request.
- Drop-off method: Choose your preferred drop-off method and location.
- Choose refund method (for returns): Select credit via gift card or original payment.
- Submit request: Click "Submit" to print your shipping label and receive drop-off instructions.

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES IN-STORE
Enjoy the flexibility of returning or exchanging eligible items purchased online at any of our locations within the country of purchase, free of charge, and receive a same-day refund. Locate a nearby store, and be sure to bring your order confirmation email or have your order number handy when making a return.
you have the option of receiving a refund in your original form of payment or a gift card of equal value. If your item is out of stock, you can also exchange your item online by mail.
It is important to note that prices and availability may vary by store. For any specific inquiries about store exchange policies, feel free to reach out directly to your local Levis store.
ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES BY MAIL
To return or exchange your item by mail or to receive a shipping label by email, click on the Start Your Return or Exchange button below to start the process. Please print and include your returns packing slip in your package to prevent refund delays.
- Enter your Order Number and Email, then click "Start Your Return."
- Select the item(s) you want to return or exchange and choose one of the following four options:

- GO BOXLESS & PRINTERLESS (WITH FEDEX locations only): You will receive a confirmation email containing a mobile return code. Take the mobile return code to a FedEx store, and they'll print the label and package your return for you.
- GO PRINTERLESS: Keep in mind that you do not need to print your label, but you're responsible for packaging your return securely when using this method. You'll receive a confirmation email containing a mobile return code that you will need to bring to a local FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens store.
- SHIP BY MAIL: Securely wrap your items in their original packaging, or your packaging of choice, to prevent any issues during transit. Attach your shipping label to the outside of your package and make sure the label is clearly visible. Then drop off your return at the nearest FedEx, USPS, or Walgreens locations.
- HOME PICKUP: Place the packing slip inside your package and attach your shipping label to the outside of your package. You can schedule a convenient pick-up date from the comfort of your home (available Monday-Friday between 9 am-4 pm). Please note that a $8.95 pick-up fee will be charged at the time of scheduling. International Returns?
- International customers who purchase from the U.S. online store are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Items purchased in a Levi’s® store outside the U.S. or shipped to a foreign address cannot be exchanged in a Levi’s® store in the U.S.
