- Log into your Red Tab™ account here and enter your email and password.

For non-Red Tab members who checked out as a "Guest": Start by clicking here:
- Simply enter your order number and email address. Then follow steps 3-4.

For non-Red Tab members who checked out as a "Guest": Start by clicking here:
- Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
- Look for the order that includes your return or exchange, then click on its "Order Details" button.
- Search for the item you are returning or exchanging and click on the "Track Return" button to see the status of your item.
