If you are processing online returns and exchanges by mail and need a new shipping label, simply follow the steps below.
For RedTab™ members who can't find their order number, follow the steps below:
- Log into your RedTab™ account: Click here enter your email and password and click on the “Log in” button.
- Access your order history: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
- Find the order: Locate the order associated with your return or exchange. Click on the "Exchange or Return" option located on the right side of your order.
- Select return method: Under the "Mail or Drop Off" option, click on the "Start a Return" button.

Reprint shipping label: Once you've reached this section, simply scroll down to the "Pending Returns and Exchanges" section. Underneath, you'll find the option to "Reprint Shipping Label."
Click on the item you wish to reprint a shipping label for.
If you're not a RedTab™ member and checked out as a 'Guest,' or if you have your order number handy, follow the steps below:
- Enter your order information: Start by clicking here simply enter your order number and the email address associated with your order.
- Reprint Shipping Label: After you've reached the exchange or return section, just scroll down to "Pending Returns and Exchanges". Below that, you'll find the option to "Reprint Shipping Label".
- Select Item for Shipping Label: Click on the item for which you wish to reprint a shipping label.
