- Have an account with us? Log in to My Account, click on Purchase History, then click on Exchange or Return to locate and track your request.
- Used a FedEx prepaid shipping label? Please keep a copy of the tracking number and check with FedEx for the status of your request.
- Used a shipping method of your choice? Please keep a copy of the tracking number and check on the carrier's website for status.
- Used Happy Returns? You'll receive a confirmation email once you have dropped off your return items at a Return Bar location. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
