Requests must be made within one hour of placing your order. After this window, orders begin processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.
Payment method limitations
- Standard payment methods: Items may be added or removed and shipping methods may be updated within the first hour.
- Cash App Afterpay orders:
- Items may be canceled within one hour
- Items cannot be added
- Shipping methods cannot be changed
If we’re unable to modify or cancel your order
Once an order is in processing or the one‑hour window has passed, changes are no longer possible. If your order ships as placed, you can still take advantage of our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Here’s what to expect:
- Eligible items may be returned according to our return guidelines
- Exchanges can be requested once the original item is received
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after the return is processed
