Sometimes all or part of an order is canceled. While we don’t always receive detailed system information, the most common reasons include:
Common reasons for cancellation
- Item(s) were no longer available due to inventory issues
- Billing or payment information could not be verified
- Shipping address was invalid or unsupported
- We do not ship to international package‑forwarding businesses
- Duplicate or suspected duplicate orders
What happens next?
- You’ll receive an email with the available cancellation details
- Once canceled, orders cannot be reprocessed or reinstated by our agents
- If you still want the item, you’ll need to place a new order
What about charges on my account?
- Pending charges are usually authorization holds from your bank and will automatically fall off based on your bank’s processing timeframe
- Completed charges for canceled items will be refunded to your original payment method
