If you've made a purchase and had a change of heart, here's a simple guide on canceling your order within the first hour after placing it.
A Few Important Points to Keep in Mind:
- Time Limit: Orders cannot be canceled past one hour from the time of submission.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Final Sale Items: Keep in mind that final sale items are the exception; these, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
Canceling your order through your RedTab™ Account:
- Log into your RedTab™ account: Click here enter your email and password and click on the “Log in” button.
- Access your order history: Hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner and from the drop-down menu, scroll down and select the "Order History" option.
- Find your order: Find the order you wish to cancel and locate the "Cancel Order" button to the right. If you've just placed the order, please allow a few minutes for the system to process it before you can view the details.
- Select Cancellation Reasons: Let us know why you're canceling by selecting the appropriate cancellation reason(s). Your feedback helps us improve our services.
- Click 'Cancel Order': Once you've chosen your reasons, hit 'Cancel Order'. You'll then receive a reassuring order canceled message, and we'll shoot you a cancellation email for good measure.
Canceling your order from your order confirmation email:
- Find Your Confirmation Email: Start by opening the email associated with the order you wish to cancel.
- Check Order Status: Click on the "Check Status" button found within the email. If you've just placed the order, please allow a few minutes for the system to process it before you can view the details.
- Find your Order: Once you've located your order using the order number provided in the email, you'll find a "Cancel Order" link underneath it. Click this link to proceed with canceling your order.
- Select Cancellation Reasons: Let us know why you're canceling by selecting the appropriate cancellation reason(s). Your feedback helps us improve our services.
- Click 'Cancel Order': Once you've chosen your reasons, hit 'Cancel Order'. You'll then receive a reassuring order canceled message, and we'll shoot you a cancellation email for good measure.
