- Color: Specify the color of the incorrect item.
- Size: Indicate the size of the incorrect item.
- Brand: Mention the brand of the incorrect item.
- Tracking Number: Provide the number issued by the shipping carrier when you returned the item.

Order Number: If possible, provide the order number from the original Levi’s purchase.

Processing and Verification: Our warehouse team will carefully inspect all returns. If something non-Levi’s® is sent back by mistake, we’ll hold onto it for up to 14 days. We’ll check your claim and confirm we have the item.
Sending the Incorrect Item Back: After verifying, we’ll return the incorrect item to you at no extra cost. Our team will reach out to you with the details.
