- After submitting your return request on our website, you’ll see an option for DoorDash home pickup.
- Select DoorDash, and a Dasher will pick up the package from your home and handle the delivery to the retailer.
2. Is there a cost for DoorDash return pickups?
- Your first DoorDash pickup is FREE! After that, pickups cost $5 or less.
3. Do I need to prepare my package for pickup?
- Yes. If your package is already shipment-ready, you’re all set. DoorDash can also handle returns that require a QR code. If needed, DoorDash will ask you for the code directly.
4. How do I track my return?
- Once your package is dropped off, we’ll send you tracking updates through Narvar so you can monitor its progress back to the retailer.
5. Who do I contact if there’s an issue with my pickup?
- DoorDash manages all aspects of the pickup process, including customer support. If you have any issues or questions about your pickup, DoorDash will assist you directly.
