Who is eligible for the military discount?
Active and retired U.S. military personnel are eligible for a 10% discount on eligible orders at Levi.com.
Can I combine my military discount with other promotions?
The military discount may be combined with offers of up to 40% off. It cannot be combined with promotions that exceed 40% off, such as certain Black Friday or Extra 50% Off Sale offers.
How many discount codes can I receive?
Eligible military members can receive up to 2 discount codes within a 365-day period. Each code is valid for one-time use only.
Applying for the Military Discount
How do I apply?
Complete the SheerID Military Discount Form and verify your military status. Once approved, your discount code will be displayed on-screen.
What information do I need to provide?
To complete verification, you'll need your:
- Military status and branch of service
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Military document showing your name and military affiliation
Use the name associated with your government-issued identification to avoid verification delays.

Levi’s® partners with SheerID to securely verify military eligibility using information provided during the application process.
I didn’t receive my discount code. What should I do?
If you were approved but did not receive your code:
- Use the discount code resend link provided by SheerID.
- Visit the SheerID Military FAQ for additional guidance.
- Contact SheerID at customerservice@sheerid.com for assistance.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?
Confirm the code was entered in the Promotional Code field during checkout and that your items are eligible for the discount. If the issue persists, reapply through the Military Discount Form or contact SheerID for assistance.
