Who is eligible for the medical professional and first responder discount?
Active medical professionals and first responders are eligible for a 10% discount on eligible orders at Levi.com.
Eligible professions include:
- Doctors
- Nurses
- Healthcare workers
- Firefighters
- Police officers
- EMTs
Can I combine my discount with other promotions?
The discount may be combined with offers of up to 40% off. It cannot be combined with promotions that exceed 40% off, such as certain Black Friday or Extra 50% Off Sale offers.
How many discount codes can I receive?
Eligible customers can receive up to 2 discount codes within a 365-day period. Each code is valid for one-time use only.

How do I apply?
Complete the appropriate SheerID verification form and verify your employment status. Once approved, your discount code will be displayed on-screen.

To complete verification, you'll need your:
- Employment status
- Organization
- Full legal name
- Email address
- Date of birth
Use the name associated with your government-issued identification to avoid verification delays.
