Who is eligible for the teacher discount?
Active U.S. teachers, faculty, and staff currently employed at K-12 schools, colleges, and universities are eligible for a 10% discount on eligible orders at Levi.com.
Can I combine my teacher discount with other promotions?
The teacher discount may be combined with offers of up to 40% off. It cannot be combined with promotions that exceed 40% off, such as certain Black Friday or Extra 50% Off Sale offers.
How many discount codes can I receive?
Eligible teachers can receive up to 2 discount codes within a 365-day period. Each code is valid for one-time use only.
Applying for the Teacher Discount
How do I apply?
Complete the SheerID Teacher Discount Form and verify your employment status. Once approved, your discount code will be displayed on-screen.
What information do I need to provide?
To complete verification, you'll need your:
- School name
- Full legal name
- Email address
Use the name associated with your school records to avoid verification delays.

Levi's® partners with SheerID to securely verify teacher, faculty, and staff eligibility using employment information from your school.
I didn't receive my discount code. What should I do?
If you were approved but did not receive your code:
- Use the discount code resend link provided by SheerID.
- Visit the SheerID Teacher FAQ for additional guidance.
- Contact SheerID at customerservice@sheerid.com for assistance.
Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

My discount code isn't working. What should I do?
Confirm the code was entered in the Promotional Code field during checkout and that your items are eligible for the discount. If the issue persists, reapply through the Teacher Discount Form or contact SheerID for assistance.
