- All refunds are made in the original form of payment.
- In-store returns made without a receipt are eligible for store credit only.
- Shipping and handling fees, gift wrap charges, and donations are nonrefundable.
- Custom items and final sale items are nonrefundable.
- International customers who purchase from U.S. online are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
- In-store Retail or Outlet purchases may only be returned in-store and may not be returned by mail or with Happy Returns.

RETURNS WITH HAPPY RETURNS
Need a fast, easy and eco-friendly way to return? Happy Returns is as quick and painless it gets.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Happy Returns is FREE for our Red Tab members! Haven’t signed up yet? Join for no cost here and enjoy free shipping forever.
- For non-Red Tab members, returns are $7.50. To take advantage of our free Happy Returns shipping, become a member before placing your order.
- No packaging or return label is needed for Happy Returns, making it easier and more eco-friendly than traditional mail returns.
- Making a return through Happy Returns is simple! Simply follow the instructions below and drop your item(s) off at a Happy Returns location.
- For all items processed through Happy Returns, your refund is processed same day, but please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
To begin your return, start here.
- Next, enter your Order Number and Email. Click “Start Your Return.”
- Select the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the return.
- Submit your return request
- Then, check your inbox for next steps. You’ll receive an email with a QR code.
- Bring your item(s) and QR code to any Happy Returns location.
RETURNS BY MAIL
To return your item(s) by mail, click on the Start Your Return button below to start the process.
- Select the item(s) you want to return and choose one of the following two options:

- Go printerless. If you don’t have a printer handy, get a mobile return code for your package. Take the code to a FedEx store or a participating Walgreens and they’ll print the label for you.
- Print a return label. Place the packing slip inside and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package. Drop it off at the nearest FedEx or participating Walgreens store.

- Returns can’t be canceled once dropped off with the return-shipping carrier.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.
- A $7.50 return-shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
You won’t be charged if:-
- You’ve received an incorrect or defective item.
- You’re shipping an item in the same package as an item you’re sending in for an exchange.
