Please visit our Return & Exchanges Center to track your request. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a notification email for your refund.
Due to high holiday volume and bad weather in some parts of the country, you may see your package in the same status (e.g. Awaiting Carrier Pickup, In Transit) or in the same city for a few days. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to be delivered. Mail-in Returns and Exchanges will be processed 10-15 business days after it's been delivered. - Used a FedEx prepaid shipping label? Please keep a copy of the tracking number and check with FedEx for the status of your request.
- Used a shipping method of your choice? Please keep a copy of the tracking number and check on the carrier's website for status.
- Used Happy Returns? You'll receive a confirmation email once you have dropped off your return items at a Return Bar location. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be posted in your original payment method.
