If your order tracking shows as delivered and you have not received your package:
- If it has been less than 72 hours from the delivery notice, we please ask that you wait until that time to be sure there wasn't a delivery issue.
- Please make sure to check all areas it could have been delivered.
- Check with neighbors, family, roommates, or anyone else who could have access to the delivery.

To prevent lost packages in the future, we recommend the following options:
- Request to pick up your order at a FedEx location if possible.
- You can also request to pick up your purchase In-Store
If it has been over 72 hours since the delivery notice, please contact us.
